• Responsible for the profitability of assigned accounts (revenue and margins)
• Responsible for closing new logos, direct clients, and implementation partners
• Analyze clients’ requirements and establish a plan for placement
• Provide customer service and counsel clients on the strategy to attract onboard talent
• 8+ years prior IT staffing/consulting/business development experience building staffing accounts
• Experience successfully selling IT Staffing Services to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple clients across the US market.
• The high degree of accountability and drive
• Prior Experience in staffing and/or recruiting is a must-have
• Experience with an ATS is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required , Master's Degree / MBA preferred
